Narrative

EE suffered chemical burns to his body. He was trasported by air ambulance to Galveston. He underwent surgery for chemical burns to his back & lower body. Additional surgery is planned for week of 6/25/07. EE was working in the Clarification area of the plant. He was in the process of clearing blockage of suction line to the mud pumps when he came in contact with liquor.
