A roof fall was found at 2:24 PM at survey station 6+20 between #1 and #0 entry 6LMS. Area was mined 5/10/07 and had been bolted with 8' full resin bolts. No injury resulted but a return stopping was knocked down. Power was de-energized to unit until ventilation is re-established.
