Our weekly examiners found a roof fall on the 3 left, 5 West panel during their weekly examination of a worked out area. The fall was located in entry #7 between crosscuts 40 and 41. The fall was located in their normal path of travel. Their route was relocated around the fall and the fall was timbered.
