Narrative

On 07/09/07 an unintentional roof fall occurred at cross cut #5 in #7 entry on the 5th West Parallels. The roof fall measured 18' long, 18' wide and 11' thick. The roof fall will be cleaned up. The fall appeared to be broken stack rock.
