## Narrative

A roof fall was discovered in the 1st Right section, which is the tailgate of the longwall.  The fall was at cross cut #14 between the #1 and #2 entries.  Neither travel nor ventilation were effected.  The fall was above the anchorage point of the roof bolts (7').
