## Narrative

EE was putting a screen in the crusher when the employee on the other end of the screen lost his grip and dropped his end jarring employee's back. The screen is 5' X 8' X 3' and weighs about 150 lbs. The screen had to be lifted 3 to 4 inches to slide into the crusher.
