## Narrative

A vendor truck driver was using the hatch opening station to open the hatches on his trailer when the access platform failed and the truck driver fell to the ground. The truck driver received a laceration the right side of his scalp. The fall protection unit was compromised earlier in the shift by another vendor truck driver.
