A roof fall occurred in the 3 South Panel in #8 entry in the pillarline between cross-cut #18 and cross-cut #19 measuring approximately 30ft x 18ft x 5ft. The area was supported with 5 foot fully grouted roof bolts. An undetected slip was determined to be the cause of the fall. This area was mined in May 2007.
