Narrative

EE was pulling up a pry bar to access more t-lead cable. The leads were burnt. They were trying to get them high enough to insulate them. There was about 3 1"" cables. EE put a shackle on the end of one of the cables; he put a pry bar through the shackle against the motor and pulled up on end. He began to feel discomfort a few days later. He sought medical attention.
