East Mains, #2 Entry, Spad #330. Distance from octive face 2000 feet. The fall did not cause any injuries. No equipment was involved in the fall. The fall was 40 ft in length and 18 ft wide. The height was 10 - 20 ft. Not going to clean fall up. Timbered fall up. Not in working area.
