The fall occured in #2 Section, West Mains, #7 entry, outby 461 Distance from active face 2500 ft. The fall did not cause any injuries. No equipment was involved in the fall. The size of the fall length 35 ft, 19 ft wide, 7 feet height. We are not going to clean fall up. Timbered fall off. Not in area working.
