Employee was pulling himself up to operate the 579 Blade when he slipped off of the bottom step, tried to catch himself, then felt a piercing pain in his bicep.  He was taken in for an exam and diagnosed with a torn ligament, and is scheduled for surgery on 7/25/07.  ONGOING.
