EE & 2 co-workers were pushing a cooking cart under support beam in forming area. Insufficient clearance for equip on cart to clear beams. Piece of equip struck beam, tilted backward & pinched inj EE's right index finger between control box & lip of metal cart, resulting mashing injury to finger.
