Narrative

On the first step of the ladder for the L330 Loader. Started the climb in a way that threw off center of gravity, using his left foot and left hand to ""swing"" his right foot and hand into a position. Employee's right hand was oily and slipped, he swung out, which put all of his weight on his left arm. He felt a pop in his arm.
