The 131 Van was leaving the 6150 Que, hit a bump, which caused the passenger in the rear seat to strike her head on the roof of the van.  She complained of neck and arm pain, was taken to the ER, checked out, and released to next shift (7-22).  Employee called off next shift (7-22), went to her physician, and was taken off work.
