## Narrative

Employee was assisting in a shovel move.  The cable wrapped around a rock and as the employee reached with a cable hook to get the loop off the rock, the shovel moved taking up the slack.  The cable slid up over the rock, breaking off a piece of the rock, which flew and hit him in the mouth, chipping 3 teeth.
