# employees were trying to pick up the pipe high enought to slip a strap underneath so they could rig up their chain fall to hang the piece. Where it needed to go. Pipe was prepped with anti seize which caused it to be slippery. One employee had pipe slip out of his hands, causing it to fall on Ee s finger.
