Narrative

EE was carrying a screen (4' by 6') up the stairs to the plant and strained a muscle in the middle of his back. He stated ""I do not feel like I need to go to the doctor."" He called in sick on the morning of 07-27-07 and stated he felt he needed to go to the doctor at this time to get his back checked. He worked all day 7-25-07 and 07-26-07.
