Narrative

Employee was working on the engine swing on Truck 562. As he was walking up the stairs at the front of the truck, the a/c condensor core bracket was sticking out in the pathway, as he was walking up the bracket cut through his clothes cutting his right shoulder blade. After calling Triage nurse, employee was taken to the Morenci PD clinic.
