## Narrative

A roof fall occurred on the Main South roadway between crosscuts 52-54 in entry #5.  The fall blocked our supply road to the South Portal from which we bring the bulk or our heavy supplies into the mine.  The cause of the fall was weather related (high humidity) and heat.
