## Narrative

Injured employee and a co-worker were lifting a 20 ft 4 inch schedule 10 pipe (weighing less than 50 pounds) above their head and sliding it onto a brace. When the injured employee turned to slide his end of the pipe onto the brace, he felt a sharp pain in his neck and numbness in his arms. The result of this injury was a ruptured disc.
