Our weekly examiners found a small fall in the 2 right, 3 left 5 West panel in entry 2 between crosscut 12 and 13. The fall was aprroximately 2 foot high and 13 feet long by about 4 feet in width. It pulled 3 four foot bolts out of the mine roof. The fall was located in the examiners route of travel.
