Narrative

Two employees were assigned to cut a windshield for a 637 scraper. They removed a 4' x 5' new sheet of glass from the glass rack and placed it ""on end"" on the cutting table. As the sheet was being lowered on the table, the corner of the sheet grazed the technician's right ear causing a laceration requiring 5 sutures.
