Narrative

Dragline Operator was stepping down off the stairs to the ground below (approx. 24""). When pressure was applied to the lower foot, the ankle twisted on the ground below. EE felt sudden pain in ankle and sat back on lower step. Pain was severe and EE laid back on stair and lost consciousness.
