An unintentional roof fall ocurred at the Main West #2 between Crosscut 73 and 74, Entry #3 between 9381W and 9531W. The fall was approx 15'-18' long, approx 12'-14' wide and approx 3'-5' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will be cleaned up.
