## Narrative

Terminating cable in cubicle after locking out and removing starter from cubicle. Cable was being routed into position when right index finger contacted energized P.T., exiting right forearm 4"" below elbow. P.T.'s connected to starter via stab-in fingers on breaker. Load side of cubicle was checked for voltage and found de-energized. P.T.'s assumed de-energized.
