Narrative

A roof fall was found in the intersection of the L-2 entry of the RT 11 off 1st Right Butt 160 feet outby spad 2388. Cave measured 45' x 19' x 4' high. Roof supported with 4' fully grouted resin bolts (4' x 4' centers) with 8"" x 8"" plates. No known defects in the shale roof.
