Narrative

Employee noticed arm itching. He believes this was caused by a new chemical EXP11 being tested on I filter. He had contact possibly when cleaning the filter. Received doctor narrative on 8/14/07 stating that this is a chemical burn and probably due to the EXP11 exposure.
