Employee was inspecting work he had completed earlier in the day. Gathering his tools he had left behind. When he left the filters he felt his back start itching. The itching could have been caused by new chemical being used in filters EXP11. Narrative received from doctor is stating that it is a rash and may have been exposed to chemical at work
