Narrative

Was installing a shaft in head pulley. Grabbed shaft bar where shaft had been cut for a key way with sharp edges. Got finger nail bound in the key way and cut finger nail. Part of the nail had been cut free so the employee opted to have doctor take the rest of the nail off.
