## Narrative

Hoist kicked out, was reset and then kicked out two more times.  MSHA advised of ""difficulty."" Discovered through trouble shooting a blown resistor.  Changed resistor at 2:25, hoist OK, test trip OK, called MSHA to inform of situation.
