A roof fall occurred on the Main South belt between crosscuts 54 and 55. The cause of the fall was a concealed slip. The area had orginally been bolted with 4 foot resin bolts from a previous owner. We had rebolted the area with 6 foot resin bolts prior to installing a 60 inch conveyor belt.
