A roof fall was discovered in the 2 East 3 Right area between no. 3 and no. 4 entry 100' outby station 5295. The fall was not the above anchorage of the bolts but it was in the travelway used. The fall was 2' high x 18' wide x 16' long. The fall will be breakered off.
