## Narrative

The EE was attempting to put a wheel unit on a shuttle car. He was pulling the wheel unit onto the shuttle car with a come-a-long, when unit turned over. He placed one end of a 48"" piece of drill steel through one of the lug nut holes and attempted to upright the wheel unit. As he was prying, he stood up and the drill steel came out and he fell against the shuttle car.
