Narrative

Employee was installing and removing longwall monorail on the 2 west beltline. Twenty Five pieces were taken down and carried approximately six hundred feet to be rehung. While carrying a piece of monorail, the employee felt a sharp pain in his upper back and shoulder. Began losing time as of 8/13/2007.
