Narrative

On 6/11/07 employee requested medical care for his right knee. No specific incident had occurred; however, he has experienced chronic knee problems over his 25+ year mining career as a fireboss and heavy equipment operator. Based on the cumulative trauma from the above tasks, this claim was accepted as an occupational illness. Employee had knee surgery on 8/22/07.
