A roof fall occurred in the 2 main east, crosscut #24, starting in the pillarline between #8 and #9 entries and extending through the intersection of #9 entry. The fall measrued approx 50' X 18' X 5'. The area was supported with 5' fully grouted bolts. An undetected slip was determined to be the cause of the fall.
