Narrative

Employee and co-worker were building brattices prior to beginning coal production. After stacking blocks, the crew was ready to apply plaster. As he was attempting to open a plastic bucket of plaster, his right little finger contacted a sharp edge of the plastic lid resulting in a small laceration to the finger which required 3 sutures to close the wound.
