Narrative

a roof fall was found on 8/24/07 at 11:00 am at cross cut 93 entry #4. Fall was in four way intersection that was mined sept. 8 1991. Area had been supported with 6' full resin pins. No injury resulted. There are currently no plans to clean fall up.
