## Narrative

EE was moving pipe out of the way of the work area, when he felt a pulling & burning sensation in his right lower back.  He reported it to the area foreman.  After months of taking over-the-counter pain medication, he stated that he was not getting pain relief and was referred to a specialist on 7-11-07.  At this time he was reclassified from a First Aid to a Medical Treatment.
