Unintentional roof fall discovered 8/23/07. Fall is located at West Mains #1 section, #5 entry, 10 Break, one block outby spad 4818. Fall measured approx. 9'H X 20'W X 40'L. Area previously supported with 6' full grout resin bolts. Area was mined on or about 08/11/06.
