Unintentional roof fall discovered 8/23/2007. Fall was located at West Mains #1 section, #6 entry, 13 break, one block inby spad 4841. Fall measured approximately 9'H X 20'W X 35'L. Area previously supported with 6'full grout resin bolts. Area mined on or about 08/11/2006.
