## Narrative

Employee was installing a self tapping screw with a hand held drill. The drill was equipped with a threaded hole for a side handle which was not installed. When the screw ""grabbed"", the torque twisted his arm and shoulder. He continued normal maintenance activity until the day he went for shoulder surgery.
