Employee was changing a bit on a drill and had finished lubing it. Employee stepped on the decking of the drill to enter it and felt her foot pop. The validity of the claim was questioned, a 7000-1 was not submitted. We received notification from our insurance carrier on 8/24/07 that this claim was determined to be compensable; therefore we are now submitting a 7000-1.
