Employee was standing in a 19"" high stack of ripper shanks to be repaired, using remote control for a overhead crane. He was stepping clear and miss-stepped falling to the ground. This resulted in back strain, bruising and small cuts to his right forearm. He struck a bearing cooler with his forearm. Resulting in four lost days.
