## Narrative

EE was working in the machine shop and passed out due to dehydration.  He worked 12 hrs. on Aug. 13.  He went home following his shift and experienced some signs of heat exhaustion which he did not report; upon returning to work on the 14th, he began to feel ill.  He was provided fluids and monitored in medical before being allowed to return to work.
