EE help move continuous miner was backed down #4 entry to drop off some cable, & he was walking to #5 to help hang continuous miner cable when & slipped on uneven bottom in the mine floor & twisted his right ankle, was a hole in the mine floor approx. 6"" deep and 2' in diameter & wearing rubber metatarsal boots at the time.
