## Narrative

The machine finished splitting a 12"" x 12"" x 4"" piece of stone weighing about 50#. He was taking the stone off the rollers to palletize. In one motion he picked the stone up, turned & threw it on the pallet. As the stone landed his finger was crushed between the stone and the stone already on the pallet.
