Narrative

Injured was loading powder trucks under the storage bins. He used a 10 lb. dead blow sledge hammer to beat on the chute, to loosen the stuck material. He swung the hammer app. 75 to 100 times, when he felt a pop and burning sensation in the shoulder. He was examined and an M.R.I. revealed an internal roator cuff tear. He was ordered off with no use of left arm.
