Narrative

Employee was backing down out of the engine compartment of 9174 when he bumped his left ear on the edge of the exhaust tube cutting lower ear lobe. Received 7 stitches and also had a small cut behind his ear that received 2 stitches. There was a sharp edge on the exhaust tube that caused the lacerations.
